| Bill Smallwood |

Owner/manager. Bill is the expert in the PDS accounting
package used by most Rx clients. From 1988 he was a key developer at
PDS. He split off in 2001 to develop directly for a group of large users,
then founded Petroleum Rx with George in 2004. Bill is based today in El Paso.

Bryan is a network specialist
and owner/manager of Net Tracers, which specializes in network security. He serves other markets, but has had
significant exposure to petroleum marketers.
Bryan is based in San Jose.

| Dan Watson |
Software Specialist - PDS |
Dan is the software support expert for our clients on
PDS. He started in operations at a
petroleum broker in the 80s, then moved to PDS as a CSR/installer for most of
the 90s. From 1998 to 2008, while he
worked for California jobbers in an operations capacity, Dan was the key
industry contact that drove Bill Smallwood's development at PDS, then away
from PDS, then at Rx. Dan is based on
the island of Hawaii.

| George Fulop |
General Manager |
Owner/manager.
George is graduate of Arizona State University BSEE in technology with
specialties in software design and engineering. His technical
company (TSG) was started in the mid 1980s and became the hardware side of
Petroleum Rx in 2004.

Technician |
Kalman is our lead hardware technician. English is his fourth
language, after his native Hungarian, German and Latin. He was educated at Hungary's leading
technical college, then at Oxford University in England. KP is our resident PC and Windows
specialist.

Kevin Heyvaert

Kevin brings extensive international background as a business
analyst and project manager, coupled with a degree in Information Technology
from London, England. Through harmonizing both his IT education and his
international business experience, Kevin has worked with small companies in
Italy through to middle-eastern governments like the Dubai Chamber of
Commerce and beyond. Kevin draws on his experiences by assisting Petroleum Rx
in developing comprehensive business-IT proposals, and delivering top-of-the-line
IT projects –all on-time and on-budget for our valued clients.

1978 Graduate of Niagara University, 32 years of selling to Petroleum Marketers throughout the United States, specializing in Business Printing, hard copy, internet billing and instant bill pay.

Patti
is the liaison between the developers, on one side, and the CSRs and clients
on the other. She handles testing, documentation and training. Patti graduated from NMSU in Las Cruce with
a degree in Information and Communication Technology.

Sarah does the accounting support for our clients on
PDS. Her experience with the accounting software is extensive, starting
in 1986 as a user at a California jobber. She was a CSR at PDS for many
years, where she produced the 3-binder Rev. 3.4 documentation most Rx clients
have on their shelves.

Accounting Specialist - Summit |
Su
is a Management Accountant with a PDS background who works mostly
for our Summit clients. She worked for
25 years as the controller in petroleum sales and distribution organizations
that operated both jobberships and convenience stores. Her areas of expertise include accounting
processes, inventory control, internal auditing, process controls, financial
reporting, sales and excise tax and problem resolution. Su is based in Lodi,
CA. |
