How do I know which clients are using my PDS web interface?

Login to your Jobber Dashboard.   On the main screen area, all of your clients will be listed.  On the right most column you will find the 'Last Access' heading.  The date and time of you clients last login will be present.  If they have never logged in the word never will be present.
