How do I tell how many PDS user licenses I own?

There is a program on your server you must execute to display your license information for PDS/Unibasic, including user counts. 

Login as root
enter password

select  "Exit to Unix" from the PDS root menu.  See How to log in as root.

at the prompt, type:

ssnmaint

System will return:
SSN:         hfj9 crih 3cp6 6tcp phnl vjl9 e29g rn
License #:   991D022C
Licensed to: Your Company Name
Platform:    SCO Unix
User limit:  48
Authorized products:
  UniBasic IRIS - upgrade code 7

Enter Software Selection Number (SSN), RETURN to remain the same:


User limit: xx is your max users to simulateously use PDS on this server.

Now to exit the ssnmaint program, just press the RETURN key

Then type:

exit

to log off the system.
